After graduating from the School of Culinary Arts of Kendall College, I have worked as a pastry chef at Ambrosia Patisserie, and managed a retail store on the northshore named Foodstuffs. I specialize in making custom cakes and unique pastries for any event or occasion. Located in Wauconda, Illinois, I provide tasty desserts available for order by appointment or phone.
